Session Recording
YV video sessions conducted through YVSOLUTIONS.COM LLC are recorded. Recordings may be transcribed, summarized, and analyzed using AI-assisted systems. YV Solutions, YV Plumber, YV Pro, YV Membership, and YV Recommended are brands, programs, or operating enterprises of YVSOLUTIONS.COM LLC.
Affirmative consent is required before recording begins. If recording consent is not provided, the recorded video service cannot proceed.
You may contact YV to ask whether an alternative non-recorded service is available, but an alternative is not guaranteed.
How Recordings May Be Used
Recordings, transcripts, and summaries may be used for:
- Providing and documenting the service
- Creating case records
- Preparing follow-up summaries
- Safety and quality assurance
- Training and service consistency
- Dispute resolution
- Identifying recurring technical patterns
- Developing de-identified YV Knowledge Center information
- Improving the proprietary YV system
Retention
Identifiable recordings are ordinarily retained for 12 months. A longer period may apply to an active dispute, legal requirement, safety concern, or documented business need. De-identified technical knowledge may be retained longer as part of the YV Knowledge Center.
Public Use
Recordings will not be used publicly in advertising or marketing without separate permission. Recording consent does not automatically authorize public use of a person's name, image, voice, home, property, or case.
